On behalf of myself—having been unanimously elected as Chairperson at the organization's 30th Annual General Meeting held on Mangsir 15, 2081—and the committee team under my leadership, I hereby make these commitments to all shareholders and stakeholders.
- I pledge to remain steadfastly committed to achieving the goals set out in the organization's five-year strategic plan, while fully upholding the spirit underlying them.
- Schemes will be introduced to foster a mutual and dynamic relationship between members and the organization, and the general membership will guarantee this.
- The savings of the shareholders will be guaranteed.
- Social security programs dedicated to member services will be implemented even more effectively.
- As this event also served as the organization's 30th Annual General Meeting, the Board of Directors and the Audit and Supervisory Committee were elected unopposed. Heartfelt thanks are extended to the outgoing chairperson, advisors, and the members who withdrew their candidacies to facilitate this uncontested election; they will be engaged in the organization's activities in various capacities.
- The Board of Directors will make appropriate decisions regarding nominations for positions such as organizational advisors and sub-committees. I commit to operating the organization in accordance with good governance principles and in compliance with the Cooperative Act, Regulations, and the organization's bylaws and policies.
- Employees working in the organization will be motivated to maintain high morale and provided with appropriate benefits; furthermore, the principle of reward and punishment based on performance will be implemented.
- No effort will be spared in continuous dialogue, discussion, debate, and advocacy to uphold the image of the cooperative movement, and we will remain ever-prepared to provide leadership. We will strive to establish our leadership within the umbrella organizations.
- The brand will be adopted while continuing participation in the Access Branding program. In closing, we will always honor and remember the founding members, and I also extend my respect to the senior citizen members.
